Palming is a great relaxation exercise, which can help to reduce strain and improve vision quality. To do this, simply rub your palms together to generate heat and then place them over your eyes for two minutes or until the warmth subsides. This technique works to relax both eye muscles and those around them and helps reduce eyestrain which often distracts from clear vision.

Blinking exercises can help improve your eye focus and reduce fatigue. For this exercise, close your eyes like you are preparing to blink. This exercise is great for improving your distance vision. First, grab a pencil and hold it out in front of you at arm's length. Focus on the tip of the pencil and slowly move it farther away from your face until it becomes blurry. When this happens, bring the pencil closer to you until you can see it clearly again. Repeat this process for up to 10 times, or as much as your eyes need.


Convergence Exercises To Improve Accommodation and Binocular Vision Training.

Convergence exercises are important for improving the ability of your eyes to focus and align as one. This is an incredibly helpful exercise for those who suffer from difficulty reading or tracking objects in both eyes. To do this, move two index fingers away from each other until they’re at least 20 cm apart. Focus your eyes on the tips of your fingers and slowly move them towards the bridge of your nose without losing focus on them. Repeat this process 10 to 20 times.
